The NeoPro™ cat collar is Zee.Dog's newest launch. This new collar was built with a NeoPro™ rubber overlay that protects the Polyester making it extremely weather proof, scratch resistant and super easy to clean. The buckle is a break away buckle that will keep your cat safe when outside.
